Oknha Tea Vichet, one of generous and good heart tycoons in Cambodia. He loves doing charity work, especial helping the poor, vulnerable women and children, and rescuing endanger wild animals. Recently, he led a group of Sihanouk Vile bicyclists to cycle on beach along Koh Rong to promote tourism and being good health.
He said that most of the tourists who like cycling most of them are from the island and some from Sihanouk Vile. They love cycling along the beach because good environment and beautify scenery of the beach, ocean and island.
Koh Rong is famous for its serene beauty. It is often described as an ‘island paradise’ by visiting tourists, the island boasts pristine white sandy beaches, warm crystal-clear ocean waters, and trekking mangrove trees with hot tropical climate on the Island.
The terrain on Koh Rong is predominantly hilly, with a 316m mountain (1,037ft) in the north-west. Most of the island’s interior is covered in jungle forestry, with several waterfalls, bays, capes, and sandstone rock formations adding to the wonderful scenery.
Exposed to the weather and open sea, the south side of Koh Rong is particularly beautiful, while the east side is characterized by smooth hills that gently slope towards the crescent-shaped beaches, inlets, and bays.
